Hendon Properties is proud to present “Athens Celebrates America,” coming this July to Georgia Square Mall. July the 4th, a national holiday which is historically associated with fireworks, parades, barbecues, carnivals, fairs, picnics, concerts, baseball games, and family reunions, honors the anniversary of the birth of our nation. It is important that we design our celebration in that same traditional and patriotic flavor.
Georgia Square Mall celebration will begin at 2pm in the mall’s back parking lot. Festivities will include live entertainment, food and fun for the entire family. Fireworks will begin at dark, with festivities concluding at 9pm.
Georgia Square is introducing a new tradition in conjunction with the celebration – the Fourth of July T-shirt Design Contest. The winning design will be featured on this year’s celebration t-shirt. See www.georgiasquaremall.com for more details.
