Our Expertise
Our projects range from 10,000 square foot build-to-suits to 1,129,035 square foot malls. We are actively engaged in site selection and development for major national retail tenants on projects ranging from 30,000 to 300,000 square feet. Specific tenants in this range include Target, Walmart, Sam’s Wholesale Club, Home Depot, Lowe’s, Kohl’s, Marshall’s, Best Buy, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Sports Authority, and L.A. Fitness.
