Completed and sold a 200,000 square foot retail center in Brentwood (Nashville), Tennessee. Major tenants committed include: Best Buy, Sports Authority, Linens 'n Things, DSW, Gap/Old Navy and Zany Brainy among others.

Assembled and acquired 27 acres of land in Columbia, SC for mixed used development, including two hotels, a restaurant and retail sites.
